A marketplace has to serve two very different audiences at once — sellers who need to list, verify, and fulfill, and buyers who need to browse, pay, and track delivery — while an operator keeps the whole thing running. That means three coordinated products sharing one backend, not a single app. The build had to feel simple to each user while handling payments, logistics, and trust behind the scenes.
